Gram Oorja works towards fulfiling the electricity, cooking fuel and water needs of remote, tribal communities. With over 120 projects already installed, Gram Oorja works in six states in India.
Qualifications
This opportunity is open to both undergraduate and graduate students.Must be willing to travel to remote areas
Responsibilities
- Be part of a team that is implementing projects and programs relating to energy access in rural India. Look at key issues and identify and help evaluate appropriate partners – technical, social, commercial and funding partners for the large scale roll out.
Stipend
Gram Oorja Solutions Private Limited will help students with accomodation and transportation. A stipend of 15000 INR is offered every month.
