With the increasing digitization in healthcare, several institutions have accumulated large databases of electronic health record (EHR) information. This talk will explore how stakeholders for health-data analysis in India can be identified and will delve into whether making health records securely accessible to the stakeholders can lead to rapid progress in research, education and policy making.
