Research Workshop Series: Conjoint Experiments for Social Science Research
2:30 – 4:30 PM IST
This session will focus on the use of survey-based conjoint experiments to study social science questions. Conjoints are increasingly used by political scientists. The discussion will walk through the types of questions that can be answered using conjoints, how to design context-relevant conjoints, and how to interpret conjoint results. Examples from existing research will be provided in addition to practical tips for conducting conjoint analysis.
Feyaad Allie, post-doctoral fellow and incoming assistant professor of Government at Harvard University will lead the session. Feyaad received his PhD in Political Science from Stanford and a BA in Government from Dartmouth College. Feyaad’s research broadly focuses on identity and democracy.
