Lecture Series: Emergent Practices in South Asia

The Emergent Practices Lecture Series launched in the Fall of 2022 and 12 virtual sessions with young 24 architects transforming their fields, both in form and practice. Harvard Graduate School of Design Professor Rahul Mehrotra interviewed practitioners from across South Asia, including Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, India, and Bangladesh. The popular series aimed to help these emergent practictioners articulate their position as well as expand their network of peers to push the intellectual boundaries of the field collectively.
