Adhitya Raghavan, MBA ’25, hails from a village in South India, where he experienced firsthand the challenges of power disruptions. This early exposure ignited his passion for sustainable energy solutions. Adhitya pursued his academic journey at Princeton University, where he majored in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and minored in Sustainable Energy and Robotics & Intelligent Systems. After graduation, Adhitya joined Bain & Company, where he excelled for three years, conducting over ten technical private equity due diligences and crafting strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies across diverse sectors. His strong foundation in manufacturing, stemming from his family’s business in India, further fueled his drive for innovation in sustainable technology. Adhitya’s commitment to social impact and sustainability is evident in his accomplishments. He developed an off-grid cold storage system that earned him a prestigious thesis award. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in establishing a €100 million impact investment fund focused on the ocean economy for the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation. On a personal front, Adhitya is an accomplished squash player, having represented the Indian junior team. He earned All-Ivy and All-American honors twice while representing Princeton University.
