Ahva Davis-Shiva is the Financial Associate at the Lakshmi Mittal and Family South Asia Institute, where she assists with finance and human resources. Her areas of focus include processing payments for invoices, honorariums, reimbursements, and costs associated with programs and events at the Institute. In addition, she works with temporary staff payroll and appointment processing for fellows, along with assisting the Director of Finance. Prior to her position at Harvard, Ahva was a Treasury Sales Coordinator at Bank of the West in San Francisco. She previously worked in both the Benefits and Cash Management offices at Harvard.
Ahva received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
