Akshay Govind Dixit is a Ph.D. student of Political Economy & Government at Harvard University. He is a recipient of the Amartya Sen Fellowship for Students from India. His work focuses on youth civic engagement and the policy economy of public goods provision. Previously, Akshay was a Research Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School, where he worked on projects studying accountability in governance. Akshay has also worked on accountability projects for Save the Children, and spent two years in Bangladesh as a Research Associate at Innovations for Poverty Action.
