Brigadier General Bijaya Kumar Shahi (Rtd.) is the Founder Chairman of International Council of Museums (ICOM) Nepal, and former Senior Chair of the Nepal Museum Association. During his 35 years of military service with the Nepalese Army, including multiple United Nations Peacekeeping Missions, he has been affiliated with the Military Museum. He is the Museum Advisor of the First Aviation Museum of Dhangadi, and is also an independent museum expert, with an international knowledge of museology and related subjects.
