Kundan Madireddy is a Project Manager at Harvard University South Asia Institute (SAI), Delhi Office, for the Project on ‘Social Entrepreneurship and Livelihood Creation in India’, a collaborative endeavor with the Tata Trusts. This project aims at knowledge creation and capacity building for the social and economic empowerment of the neglected masses in India.

Prior to joining Harvard SAI, Kundan worked in both corporate and social sectors. Between 2014 and 2015, he was a Fellow at Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vahini, an education based non-profit organization focused on providing values-based academic education to rural schools across India. As part of this assignment, he spent ten months in a rural school in Punjab (India) and implemented various projects for total improvement of the school. He was also instrumental in starting various programs related to English training, computer training, and science education. These programs have now become a part of mainstream activities in that organization.

Between 2010 and 2012, Kundan served as Finance Officer at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., Chennai (India), a global leader in information technology services and business solutions. He was in the pricing and project accounting functions of the finance team, which handled retail and banking and financial services industry clients.

Kundan holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, India. He was awarded the Gold Medal for standing first at the University.
