Natasha Murtaza is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Government at Harvard University. Her research focuses on political party behavior and bureaucratic politics, studying when and how governing parties build impartial and effective state institutions. Prior to attending Harvard, Natasha received her M.A. in International Relations at the University of Chicago and her B.A. in International Affairs and Middle East Studies at George Washington University.
