Udbhav Rathore is currently a second year Masters in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) student at Harvard Kennedy School. He hails from Jaipur, India and he pursued his Bachelors in Economics Honours from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. His professional experience includes collaborating with government stakeholders in India to design and execute initiatives aimed at improving public service delivery and advancing socioeconomic outcomes.
He is deeply interested in security and international relations, particularly how economic resilience, technology, and geopolitics shape a country’s strategic position. Udbhav envisions an India that is economically prosperous, strategically secure, and globally respected — one that combines rapid growth with inclusive development and strong institutions. He hopes to contribute to building a nation that leads through innovation, effective governance, and principled engagement on the global stage.
