Masuma Halai Khwaja graduated with distinction from the National College of Arts (NCA) in Lahore, Pakistan. She has showcased her work at five solo exhibitions in Pakistan and numerous curated group shows across the globe, including Qatar, China, Belgium, Germany, Singapore, the USA, Colombia, and Dubai. Her work has been featured at The South Asian American Art Festival, the Fiber Art Biennale China, Nord Art Germany, the Dafen Art Biennale Shenzhen, the Art Embroidery Biennale Chouzhou, and the Material Art Biennale Beijing.
