Eligibility

This workshop is available for university faculty, administrators, and leadership only. Please include your title, affiliation, and university email when you register.

Financial Stipulations

The fee for this workshop is $125. This will cover administrative costs and workshop meals. Anyone who completes the registration form but does not pay the fee will not be registered. This fee will be partially refundable, less the applicable processing fees. Should someone ineligible for this workshop complete their registration, they will be notified and SAI will process the partial refund.

In addition to the registration fee, applicants will be responsible for their own accommodations and travel expenses to Dubai, as well as acquiring the relevant visa(s).

Registration Process

  1. Complete the online registration form, including your official title, university affiliation, and university email. You will also be asked to confirm you understand the eligibility requirements and financial stipulations.
  2. Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive a link, where you may pay the required registration fee.
  3. After your registration has been confirmed by SAI, you will receive a confirmation email requesting pertinent information for the workshop program booklet.

  • Rove Hotel in Dubai’s Healthcare City is 7-minute drive from the Ismaili Centre Dubai (location of the SAI Workshop) and a short drive from Dubai International Airport
  • The Hotel will provide a complimentary shuttle service to and from the Ismaili Centre Dubai during the SAI Workshop (August 19-20, 2017)
  • Hotel room rates are inclusive of breakfast, 10% Service Charge and 10% Municipality Fee (each room is subject to Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night)
