Crossroads Emerging Leaders Program

Transforming the lives of low-income, first-in-family to college students.

Project Team

In 2017, the Crossroads Emerging Leaders Program was launched by Harvard Business School (HBS) Professors Tarun Khanna and Karim Lakhani, in partnership with the HBS Club of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) under the leadership of Goulam Amarsy and the Mittal Institute at Harvard.

Since then, the program has expanded significantly in region and scope, bringing in additional Harvard faculty and affiliates to provide their unique areas of expertise that have continued to enrich the program.
