On Thursday, December 6, Shiv Nadar, Founder and Chairman of HCL Technologies and the Shiv Nadar Foundation, Nikhil Sinha, Founding Vice-Chancellor of Shiv Nadar University and Senior Advisor of the Shiv Nadar Foundation, and Saurav Adhikari, President – Corporate Strategy, HCL and Senior Advisor for the Shiv Nadar Foundation visited Harvard University.
The delegation from HCL and the Shiv Nadar Foundation meet with Drew Faust, President of Harvard University, as well as several faculty members, including David Hunter, Vincent L. Gregory Professor in Cancer Prevention, Dean for Academic Affairs, Harvard School of Public Health, Marc Mitchell, Lecturer on Global Health, Harvard School of Public Health, Daniel Nocera, Patterson Rockwood Professor of Energy Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Fernando Reimers, Ford Foundation Professor of International Education and Director of Global Education and of International Education Policy, Harvard Graduate School of Education, Conor Walsh, Assistant Professor of Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering at the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and Nitin Nohria, Dean, Harvard Business School, and George F. Baker Professor of Administration. The South Asia Institute helped to arrange these important meetings between one of India’s leading business and charitable enterprises with Harvard University.
