The Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations 2013 conference was held February 15-18. Carr Center Fellow Sharmila Murthy spoke on a panel that examined land and water rights in India at the Harvard HPAIR 2013 Asia Conference February 16, 2013. Also on the panel were Namita Wahi, an SJD candidate and Byse Teaching Fellow at Harvard Law School and Jasdeep Randhawa, an MPP candidate at Harvard Kennedy School and 2012 Harvard Water Security Initiative Fellow. The panel was moderated by Erum Sattar, an SJD candidate at Harvard Law School and 2012 Harvard Water Security Initiative Fellow.
