In this interview, author Devdutt Pattanaik discusses his exhibit of drawings “The Cross-Dressing God,” as well as his work uncovering queer themes in mythology and what that means for modern India.

Pattanaik’s exhibit “The Cross-Dressing God” is on display at Harvard until March 23, 2016 in the CGIS Knafel Concourse, 1737 Cambridge Street, Cambridge, MA.
